Preparations begin...

Our crib arrived earlier this week (thank you Simply Baby Furniture for not only free shipping but half off as well!) and I have to say I am more than pleased with our choice. We went with the Million Dollar Baby - Da Vinci, Anastasia Sleigh Crib in white. I love the polished look of the high, curved sides vs. the high backs. High backs are all the rage right now as the push for convertible cribs grows, but when we really weighed our options - convertible wasn't really necessary.

For now, our baby doll which we will need for our childbirth and breastfeeding classes rests on the box spring, along with the baby's bedding. It's starting to look like a nursery now!
