Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows
I am still in catch up mode and have many posts that will be forthcoming over the next week or so. Time has been passing by so quickly and I don't want to miss sharing any of the important events over the past three weeks.
This would be one such event.
Oh, Harry Potter.
We went to the opening night show (had I not had a ten-month old I just may have lobbied for a midnight viewing) and as expected, I was more than pleased with the film. Emma Watson impressed again with her lofty standards - all of the characters have matured immensely over the course of the years they have been working on this project. To look back at the first installment brings many chuckles over the infancy of Hermione, Harry, and Ron.
Quite honestly, the last movie that I saw in the theater was the last Harry Potter release. I am a bit partial to the series and after having a baby, we just don't get out very much.I am anxiously awaiting the July release but it will be a bittersweet ending to a series I have thoroughly enjoyed for many, many years. I remain a book-lover and will always cherish reading the series. Books are and remain my primary love.
