Sunshine on my mind

It has been really cold this winter.
For myself at the current moment, I'm actually quite enjoying the temperatures, subjecting Steve to sixty-degree nights in the bedroom so that I can actually sleep. However, this does not preclude me from dreaming of the summer and sunshine and laying on a sandy beach with sparkling water lapping at my feet.
Steve and I honeymooned in the Outer Banks of North Carolina three years ago, and had the most relaxing and enjoyable vacation. It was the perfect place to unwind after all of the wedding planning and the hectic wedding day.We liked it so much, that the following year we convinced our entire family (all twenty of us) to spend a week together down there.
Last year, we all opted not to go due to my sister's wedding, but this year we were all looking forward to another family vacation. I am sort of the organizer in our family (big surprise, right?) and so I like to organize all of the trips, pictures, events, etc. that we plan. This trip was no exception, and last week we officially booked our vacation home for 2010.
I am so looking forward to this vacation!
