Pink in bloom

I went with my Mom on a walk through the back yard at her house last week and we came upon this beauty.
Neither of us ever remember this blooming before, and it is just stunning. We believe it is a flowering peony tree.

Hey Laur - I'm checking out your blog for the first time!

Lovely photographs - Spring is such an inspirational time of year what with the gorgeous flowers and blooming trees.

In response to your question about edamame on my blog:

I was buying frozen edamame in the shell for a while - and I still do so every now and then when I'm making an Asian meal, but nowadays I typically buy the already shelled variety in the refrigerated section at Trader Joe's. I know that not all TJ's locations carry the same exact foods, but I bet you'll find them at a PA Trader Joe's.

Thanks Laur! I appreciate the comments.

Enjoy your final week as a single lady, and all of the chaos that I can only imagine coincides with a wedding NOT in Boston!
