Generally when we have to go somewhere that we will be gone for a while, we try to take our dogs with us so we don't have to worry about leaving early to get home for them. Thankfully, they are good car riders at this stage of the game. Poor Mia as a puppy took a long time to get over her car sickness.
This past weekend I celebrated my sister's upcoming nuptials with a girl's bachelorette extravaganza (pictures to come!), and thus needed to bring the dogs with me to my parent's house. They love to go to their grandma's and spend time with Lady and Hunny, so this is a great deal on all ends.
(always cover the back seat in a sheet!)
I had to laugh on my ride over and of course - grabbed for the camera. Mia is a very stubborn dog, especially when dealing with her brother, Donovan. As you can see in the pictures, she never gives him any room to lay down - and he never complains. 
These two crack me up and always make me laugh. I love them!
